While waiting for a response after running the diagnostics, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: This memory dump blames your antivirus (but the other one in the WER section of MSINFO32 blames the NTFS file system). Please don't use disk cleaning utilties (such as CCleaner) while we're troubleshooting. There's only 1 memory dump in the uploaded reports. While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).įYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here: zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
select "Save all Events in Custom View as." expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views") open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog) You have some symptoms of a hardware/compatibility/low-level driver problem. WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system. Your UEFI/BIOS (version A03) dates from 2009. I ran WhoCrashed and BlueScreenView after restarting my computer after the Blue Screen appeared.
Not sure but I hope the following information I found near the power supply will suffice:ĭELL FCC Class B V: 100-240V A:10A Hz: 50/60Hz REG Model: D01x Reg Type: D01X001 MotherBoard: Manufacturer: Alienware Product: 0J560M SerialNumber.CN6970298A0068.

I don't mean to give any false leads because I generally don't know the source of the problem, but the last major thing I have done with my computer was install Windows 10 (for free) then go back to Windows 7. My computer has had Blue Screens a few times every now and then but it has been a lot more frequent lately.
